Through this, he came to believe in the God of the Bible as his Creator, became convicted of his sins, and surrendered his life to Jesus. Jeff has experience ministering to college students and young adults as a lay staff over the last decade. He is excited to join staff at Radiance to be equipped and to help equip the saints for the work of ministry. This also motivated him to prioritize living out his faith and serving others over personal ambitions, though he still struggles to find balance.
