Alexis Lee
Worship Director & Admin
Alexis was born and raised in Southern California. In early 2012, she felt the Lord lead her to move to the Bay Area and pursue music at Cal Berkeley. It was there that she first learned about Radiance and began serving on the worship team. Although she grew up very shy with little music background, worship has always been something she enjoyed being involved in. Over the summer of 2017, the Lord pressed upon her heart to leave her corporate job and move forward into full-time ministry. She hopes to continue to press into God’s calling for worship over her life and see great things happen for the city of San Francisco. In her spare time, Alexis really enjoys watching movies and TV shows, especially Food Network. She loves cooking, online shopping and spending time with her husband, Andres. Together they hope to faithfully serve the Lord and see God move through the Bay Area.

Her current focus is discipleship and inner healing as God leads her to empower and equip women in their faith journey. In her free time, Mira loves to go out and meet new people to hear their stories. She also enjoys her dates with Mark where you will often find them hiking somewhere in the city or enjoying coffee at one of the many cafes.
Mark Chun
Lead Pastor
Mark grew up in the East Bay but left to go to UC San Diego for college. There, he met his beautiful wife, Mira. After receiving his call into ministry, he gave up the pursuit of dental school but continued to work bi-vocationally as a research chemist in the biotech industry. He eventually enrolled at Talbot Theological Seminary where he graduated with a Masters of Divinity. Mark started Kairos Church in 2006 and served as the founding pastor for 5 years until sensing a call to return back to the Bay Area to start Radiance. A year after finishing his undergrad work and work in sales, he pursued a Master of Divinity from Talbot Theological Seminary. He is currently ordained by the Evangelical Church Alliance. Jiwon Lee
Jiwon was raised in the rugged terrains of Australia (aka suburbs of Sydney). He grew up in the church but turned to live a prodigal lifestyle throughout his teens. God pursued him, even when he wanted nothing to do with God or religion. His turning point came in his early twenties through a series of life-changing encounters. Experiencing the depths of His grace, Jiwon prayed to God, “I just want to go wherever you call, whenever you call, and do whatever you ask me to do.” That prayer led him to leave Australia and move to Los Angeles in 2012. He has since graduated from Talbot Theological Seminary and served as a youth pastor for seven years in Koreatown. He moved to SF during the COVID-19 lockdown with his wife, Janice, and their toddler, Sydney. He currently loves being a Laker fan in the Bay, savoring the joys of fatherhood, and learning the rhythms of Sabbath and silence.
